If you wish to report an issue or ask a question of the Faceware support team, please either send an email to support@facewaretech.com or create a ticket from our knowledge base by clicking "Submit a request" at the top of the page.

 

The best way to help us help you sort through an issue to is provide us with the most details possible about your issue.  Some examples of relevant information include:

- For Analyzer:

     1.) The version of Analyzer you are using.

     2.) Any relevant details of the job, including job length, video format/codec, headcam vs static, etc.

     3.) A step-by-step list of what was done to cause the error or unexpected behavior.

     4.) A screenshot of the error (if relevant)

 

- For Retargeter

     1.) What version of Retargeter are you using?

     2.) What 3d animation software are you using and what version is it?

     3.) A step-by-step list of what was done to cause the error or unexpected behavior.

     4.) A screenshot of the error (if relevant)

 

 

If you wish to have Faceware take a look at a file, please provide the following files so that we can help you most effectively:

-For Analyzer:

     1.) The project file (.fwt)*

     2.) The project folder, zipped.  This folder will be in the same directory as the project file.

 

-For Retargeter:

     1.) The performance file (.fwr)*

 

 

*For older versions of the software, you may have .impd files instead of .fwt/.fwr files.
